Just an FYI, I had many issues with this site using the Firefox browser, but when I switched to Internet Explorer, everything went smoothly and I was able to place an order quickly.

has anyone actually received the lip pallet after ordering it? i ordered on 12/30 & my account status still shows “not shipped” – no customer service notes or anything! any advice, anyone???
I did receive it last time it was offered, but it took almost 8 weeks. TIGI is a legit company and this is a freebie that I am sure they will honor, just like the last time!
